Emulsion Sérigraphie et broderie (9162-2571qc inc.) is located at 289 rue Grande-île, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Qc, J6S 3N3, in collaboration with software and web application company Audla Inc. at 4265 Rue de Richelieu, Montréal (Qc) Canada H4C 1A1.

Founded in 2005 by Mr. Luc Morin, who brings years of experience in the field, Emulsion is driven by a passion for quality apparel. With the addition of his children, Coralie and Elliot, to the business in 2023 and the acquisition of a second production site, the company is thriving!

Purpose of These Terms

By accessing and using this online store, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These define the rights and responsibilities of users as well as the rules governing the use of our platform. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use our site.

Product Availability

The availability of products displayed on our online store is subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, some items may be out of stock or on order from our suppliers. In case of unavailability after placing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative solution, a replacement, or a refund.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide descriptions that are as accurate and detailed as possible for each of our products. However, minor variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, supplier updates, or slight modifications to products. Images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ from the final product. Emulsion cannot be held responsible for minor discrepancies between the description and the product received.

Sizes and Size Charts

The size charts provided on our online store are for reference only. Sizes may vary; we recommend carefully checking measurements before placing an order. Emulsion cannot be held responsible for size discrepancies between the chart and the product received. No exchange or refund will be granted for a size error, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Ordering Process

Placing an order on our online store is simple and quick:

1. Add to cart: Select the desired items and add them to your cart.
2. Login or create an account: Once your selection is complete, log in to your account or create one if you are a new user.
3. Validation and payment: Check your order summary, choose your payment method, and complete the transaction securely.
4. Processing and delivery: Orders are collected at the close of the catalog. Production and delivery will be made within two weeks of the catalog closing.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after finalizing your order. Make sure your information is accurate to avoid any delay or delivery issues.

Cancellation

You can modify or cancel your order until the catalog closing date. After this date, all orders are considered final, and no cancellation, modification, or refund request can be accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order before closing, please contact us as soon as possible (c.morin@emulsion.biz or 450-371-6673) so that we can make the necessary adjustments.

All prices displayed on our online store are in CAD and are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. However, the prices confirmed at the time of validation of your order will remain applicable.

Payment for orders is made exclusively by credit card or bank transfer. A fixed fee of $1 per transaction applies to cover processing fees.

All transactions are secure and processed via a certified payment platform. We use the Stripe platform to process all transactions on our site. Stripe is a secure payment solution that complies with the strictest security standards to protect your financial information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume, weight of the ordered items, and the distance to be traveled. These will be displayed before payment validation. We strive to offer the best possible delivery options to ensure a fast and efficient service.

Delivery Delays

We make every effort to ship orders within two weeks of the catalog closing. However, delays beyond our control may occur due to carriers. In these cases, Emulsion will do everything possible to minimize delays and keep you informed of the progress of your delivery.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing problems, breakage, or any other exceptional situation. Problems related to size are not considered valid reasons for a return or exchange. We encourage you to consult the size charts before placing your order.

If an exchange is necessary for a size problem, it is better to discuss directly with your colleagues to make a switch.

Return Procedure

If Emulsion deems that a return is necessary following a valid situation, we will ask you to contact us. After evaluating the situation, we will provide you with a prepaid return label to return the items to us. Return costs will be borne by Emulsion only if the responsibility lies with us.
